Community support and local sourcing are at the core of my values. I proudly create our chilli jams in Hackney, using ingredients sourced from Ridley Road Market for the freshest, locally inspired flavours. Our first product, oozée Chipotle Chili Jam is a fiery combo of smoky chipotle peppers and sweet tomatoes which levels up a cheeseboard, pizza and so much more.
